My Educational Journey and Experience
My educational journey began with a deep interest in agriculture and the desire to contribute meaningfully to rural development and the food ecosystem. I completed my B.Sc. Agriculture from M.S. Swaminathan School of Agriculture, CUTM, Paralakhemundi, where I gained strong academic and practical exposure in farming systems, crop management, and sustainable agricultural practices. To enhance my managerial and business skills, I pursued an MBA in Agribusiness Management (ABM) from KIIT School of Rural Management, Bhubaneswar, which shaped my understanding of the agriculture value chain, marketing, and rural entrepreneurship.
Professionally, I worked as a Project Coordinator at Access Development Services, focusing on farmer livelihoods, grassroots development, and field-level implementation. Later, I served as a Senior Sales Executive at VNR Seeds Pvt. Ltd., where I engaged with farmers, distributors, and stakeholders, strengthening my industry experience.
Today, I am the Founder of Agribite Soil To Serve Pvt. Ltd., driven by the vision to support farmers, promote regional food products, and build a sustainable model connecting farms to consumers with trust and transparency.
